Talent 360 is expanding and seeking a talented Admin Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Communication Management:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meeting coordination.
- Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update calendars for team members.
- Send reminders and ensure timely attendance at meetings.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems.
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Project Support:
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials.
- Conduct research and gather information as required.
Virtual Office Management:
- Ensure efficient operation of remote communication tools and platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members.
- Ordering and tracking office supplies.
General Administrative Support:
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
