A leading Tech. company is seeking an Admin Assistant.


Job responsibilities:


  • Manage Schedules: Organize and maintain calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and support.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support Projects: Provide administrative support for various projects, coordinating with team members as necessary.

Qualifications Needed:


  • Work Experience: 1-3 years in administrative roles
  • English Proficiency: Very good communication skills
  • Prior administrative experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities

Working condition : Full time


Working hours: from 9 to 5 or 10 to 6
Days off: friday and saturday
