A leading Tech. company is seeking an Admin Assistant.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage Schedules: Organize and maintain calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and support.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support Projects: Provide administrative support for various projects, coordinating with team members as necessary.
Qualifications Needed:
- Work Experience: 1-3 years in administrative roles
- English Proficiency: Very good communication skills
- Prior administrative experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Working condition : Full time
Working hours: from 9 to 5 or 10 to 6
Days off: friday and saturday
Location: New Cairo
