We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and project management tasks. Supports the General Manager and his/her team by assisting on administrative and business responsibilities and ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the General Manager office.
• Scheduled meetings, maintained supervisor's calendar, organized events and travel arrangements.
• Handled administrative duties such as travel arrangements, telecommunication and word processing.
• Scheduled meetings, managed appointments, and coordinated travel arrangements.
• Planned travel arrangements for senior director and executive staff.
• Assists the GM in preparation of various reports and presentations.
• Attends, transcribes and distributes minutes, and participate in GM meetings, executive committee meeting and department meetings as needed.
• Makes new files, maintains existing files.
• Maintains giveaway/donation files and assists in making reservations.
• Provides administrative support to the GM.
• Composes, produces and signs correspondence on routine matters.
• Produces and distributes correspondence as required.
• Answers GM phones/ e-mails as needed.
• Acts as a receptionist for GM and, when necessary, other executive managers, providing assistance to callers as required.
• Attends meetings and communicates with executive and peers as an effort to improve quality of service.
• Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities.
• Works with other people to gather the information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems.
• Informs and/or updates the executives and peers on relevant information in a timely manner.
• Represents the GM in meetings, committees

• BA Degree
• Previous experience for at least +1 year as Executive/ administrative assistant to senior managers/ executives/ GMs
• Very Good English writing and skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Preferably resident in Heliopolis, Nasr City or nearby areas.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
