Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and a multi-player Activations Team Leader to join our DVPE marketing team. This role will be pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with key locations, planning, and supervising events, and driving impactful activations that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and a knack for creating memorable customer experiences and managing a team of Activation Officers.
Relationship Management:
- Lead the development and maintenance of partnerships with key locations, venues, and sponsors to ensure successful future visits, activations, and long-term collaborations.
- Drive the identification and pursuit of new sponsorship opportunities, aligning them with business goals to enhance brand presence and event impact.
- Mentor and guide team members in generating leads and building strong, sustainable relationships with potential partners and customers.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Take ownership of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to successfully plan, manage, and execute campaigns and activations.
- Ensure clear communication, timely execution, and alignment with overall objectives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, and Procurement, to negotiate and secure beneficial contractual terms that maximize company rights and benefits.
Market Analysis:
- Lead efforts to monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the activations industry.
- Provide strategic insights and direction to refine our approach and to identify on ground key.

Campaign Support:
- Oversee and manage the execution of marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring alignment with brand vision and goals.
- Support the Activations Manager in developing and implementing innovative activation strategies that engage both new and existing customers, ensuring continuous interaction and a strong brand presence.
Customer Experience:
- Lead the creation and execution of strategies that elevate customer experience at pop-up events and activations, ensuring an exceptional and memorable journey.
- Analyze customer feedback and team performance to continuously improve event execution, boosting satisfaction and engagement.
Event Execution:
- Manage and supervise the execution of on-ground activations, ensuring all events are delivered seamlessly, on time, and in alignment with campaign objectives.
- Lead a team of Activation Officers & Event coordinators to oversee logistics, branding, engagement activities, and resource allocation for high-quality, impactful events.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, focusing on performance, accountability, and achieving goals. Develop team members' skills and expertise in event management and activation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on event success, lead generation, and new partnership opportunities.
