We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payable, Payments - Domain Expert Trainee - Arabic - Hybrid Cairo

Responsibilities
Your job will involve invoice and payment processing, workflow management and issue resolution. Accounting skills are preferred, but we do value customer and vendor management skills as well as a keen eye for details. Understanding your clients' business is an integral part of your role. In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to accounts payable, which include:
• Work closely with Team leader and Team members.
• Perform Senior AP Specialist daily activities.
• Help and guide junior colleagues on difficult account reconciliation / escalation cases.
• Help tracking performance the junior other team members' performance.
• Coaching juniors on process related situations.
• Act as client facing person besides the Team leader.
• Drive projects, initiatives to improve AR process by involving team members and cascading output to Clients.
• Analyse reports, flag risks and improvement possibilities to Team Leader and our Client.
• Improve & maintain reports based on the AP standards.
• Be an active part in internal new projects and produce innovative ideas & ways of executing them.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs.
• Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team.
• Collaborates inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks.
• Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the authority limits allocated by the direct manager.
• Offer support to the team for customer accounts clearings and reconciliations.
• Accomplish all responsibilities in line with client compliance and integrity requirements.
• Create, update, revise, and submit standard operating procedures for approval.
• Follow the training plan set by management, complete it on time, and highlight potential risks for delays.
• Act as a backup or cross-trained for another process or scope of work.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
• Proficient knowledge of Arabic C2 and advanced English knowledge, min B2.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Previous experience in a multinational company.
• ERP SAP experience.
