Lead and develop the Accounting team.
Set stretch goals and objectives for the team that drive increased value and efficiency in support of the business.
Lead development of divisional tax reporting throughout the year.
Orchestrates and actively engages in the month end and quarter end close processes in line with very narrow timeline.
Actively supports budget and forecasting activities in coordination with the management.
Direct the monthly and year-end close accounting cycle activities, including meeting all corporate close and consolidation deadlines.
Initiate and implement cost savings and process improvement projects.
Oversee payroll and bonus.
Prepare and deliver executive level presentation materials for capital and leased asset program initiatives.
Lead the annual capital and depreciation budgeting process.
Lead internal and external audits.
Lead and implement business system conversion for multiple modules.
Lead for multiple corporate projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance Required;
7+ years of experience in the accounting field is a must, including 2+ years of experience in management;
(CMA) certificate is preferred;
(IFRS) diploma is preferred;
Excellent experience in Egyptian taxes;
Comprehensive knowledge of the full accounting cycle;
Excellent experience in all financial report's types;
Experience in accounts payable, receivable & banking transaction;
Previous experience in service cost control;
Good usage of ERP systems;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel;
Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details;
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal;
Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
