EgyBell is hiring a Revenue Assurance Specialist for a leading company in 5th Settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue invoice booking: Accurately book, review, and verify revenue invoices. Revenue leakage detection: Identify and investigate billing errors, system issues, or potential fraud. Data analysis: Use tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and detect risks. System audits: Regularly audit billing and data systems to ensure compliance and accuracy. Reconciliation: Match revenue data from different sources, resolving any discrepancies. Fraud prevention: Develop measures to prevent fraud and handle suspicious activities. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Stakeholder collaboration: Work with finance, operations, and tech teams for seamless processes. Promo code management: Ensure promo codes are correctly assigned to eligible customers. Deferred revenue: Calculate and analyze deferred revenue for accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in revenue assurance, preferably in telecom or e-mobility. Familiarity with billing systems and revenue recognition principles. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. Fluency in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Preferred certifications: An IFRS diploma, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
