Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing petty cash, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, auditing expenses, and assisting with financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash, cash-on-hand, and related transactions.
- Process invoices, payment requests, and journal entries.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and employee advances.
- Conducted daily audits of expense claims and reviewed company payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and budget analysis.
