Scope:
This role will support the accounting operations in all day to day activities such as documentation, reporting, analysis of business transactions and communication with the customers and subcontractor.
Responsibilities
•Input incoming invoices in Tietan
•Prepare, maintain and update documentation of processes to meet accounts requirement and changes in vendor demands
•Creating new vendors accounts in the accountancy system and in Tietan (based on emails from colleagues who require a vendor number
•Preparing cheques
•Other administrative tasks such as daily review of our bank status + adjusting the vendor account when a payment has been made
•Managing daily cash situation to balance in-flows and out-flows within the organization
•Contact with bank, suppliers and all departments, in order to maintain a good cooperation and to interact on possible future problems
•Preparation and posting of month end journals
•Coordinate with sales department in order to get the cost for their cost calculation
•Ensure compliance with relevant Key Performance Indicators as determined globally and locally and providing back up resources in the absence of other teammates
Qualifications/Experience
•BS degree in accounting, finance or mathematics.
•Good communication skills : both oral and written
•Knowledge of basic accounting topics, such as tax procedures, accounting software, economics, principles of finance, and standard business practices #LI-LS1
