Our team is structured based on a project management model and functions to deliver Ideas with execution solutions whether through in-house capabilities or outsourced talents to “make it happen” on the Around and deliver results and create events outstanding experiences.Main Responsibilities Align & execute the project scope/plan and objectives according to the client’s requirements with the team. Align the resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Assist in setting the budget, proposal and ideas based on scope of work and resource requirements. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments, and progress. Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals. Oversee event set-up, on-site management, and post-event clean-up. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure event success.Requirements Bachelor's degree in, business, Marketing or a related field 2-4 years of project management and events management Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
