Job Summary:


We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a vital part in shaping MaxAB’s strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our ambitious business goals.


Responsibilities:


● Analyze performance to understand account manager daily, weekly & monthly work.


● Develop relationships with vendors to achieve better quality of service.


● Cooperate with other teams, Ex : Planning to Solve Oos.


● Sharing Monthly Forecast through physical meetings with the supplier trying to enhance the relationship and build safety stocks and now production plan for the supplier and production shortage and time.


● Making sure that True (Active) , False ( Delisted ) SKUs are made with the right method.


● Monitor Performance for confirmation Pos.


● Monitor Performance for Monthly enhancement for the LR.


● Monitor Performance for Seasonality enhancement for the LR.


● Develop, draft and set weekly meeting with Cluster Leads to discuss numbers


● Cooperate with other teams, such as the Planning team ,Accounting team and indirect team


Qualifications:


● 1-2 years of relevant experience.


● Strong people management and persuasion skills.


● An analytical mind with strategic ability.


● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


● Proficient in MS Office.
