Misr Commercial and Industrial Co. is looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Maintaining relationships with existing clients and expanding relationships with potential clients.
-Research and source new potential clients.
-Seek new sales opportunities.
-Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
-Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
-Resolve customers' complaints effectively and respectfully.
-Create reports for upper management.
-Keep updated with industry and market trends and best practices.
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
-Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
-Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing.
-Professional user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
-Excellent reporting skills.
-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
