About The Role:
As an Account Management Executive, you will focus on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients across various sectors. Your mission will be to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling Dsquares solutions while collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals and exceed project KPIs.


You will serve as the primary contact for our clients, monitoring and analyzing program KPIs to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and enhance client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Build connections with internal teams such as Partnerships, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Project Management.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and scale processes within account management.
  • Establish program goals and related metrics.
  • Promote best practices for optimal utilization of our product.
  • Maintain consistent communication about program statuses with clients.
  • Follow up with cross-functional teams to gather necessary task updates.
  • Analyze program data compared to established trends to derive insights.
