Job Description

Talent 360 is hiring Account Executive for one of its clients 
Expected Job Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
  • Meet or exceed targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status and performance
  • Provide insights to the management team to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify and report on emerging opportunities or threats in the market
  • Oversee the successful implementation of client projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, technical, production) to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Research and target potential new clients in alignment with company objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Main Requirements 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English

Working Conditions


  • Work location: El Sheikh Zaid inside Beverly Hills
  • Working Hours: 10-6 PM
  • Days Off: Fri & Sat
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
