Talent-360 is hiring Account Director for one of its clients in Media and Advertising field Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our dynamic team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing the execution of the campaigns, and driving continued growth and profitability for your account portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, collaborative relationships with client stakeholdersManage and oversee the day-to-day work of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client objectivesDevelop strategic marketing plans and recommendations to drive business impact for clientsMonitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively communicate status updates and recommendations to clientsIdentify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationshipsDemonstrate a deep understanding of clients' industries, competitors, and market challengesEffectively manage client budgets and profitability for your account portfolioQualifications:7+ years of experience in an account management or client services role, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or digital agencyProven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationshipsExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and translate client business objectives into integrated marketing campaignsStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlinesProficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related fieldWork Conditions:Location: MohandeseenWorking Hours : 09:00 to 17:00 or 10:00 to 18:00Fulltime job from site If you meet the qualifications and are excited to join our talented team, please submit your resume [advisor46@talent-360.me]
