Job Summary


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and setting up sales meetings for our Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth in the B2B SaaS space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to effectively position our SaaS solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline management in our CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies.
