Job Description

An international company in Congo, Africa is seeking a Lubricants Technical Support and After Sales Manager with Mechanical Engineering background within the oil, lubricants and Automotive industry.


Responsibilities: 

●He should be able to provide expert technical support to customers regarding our range of lubricants, diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure optimal product performance

●Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of lubricants to enhance their understanding and satisfaction

●Oversee all after-sales activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer follow-up to ensure a seamless experience

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, similar or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical support and after-sales service, preferably within the lubricant industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and present technical information clearly and concisely
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role is needed
  • Fluent FRENCH is a MUST
  • Age over 32
