About This Course

The fully online CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Development course is ideal for you if you're in a senior L&D or HR position and want to formalise, consolidate and extend your expertise. It's equivalent to a postgraduate degree and is the highest level of study CIPD offers.
