Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company (under formation) was granted the Royal Decree approving its formation in June 2011. Saudi Enaya will be a Tadawul-listed company with a paid up capital of SAR 400 million.

The CMA Board has issued its resolution number 4-34-2011 on 24/12/1432 (20/11/2011) approving its Initial Public Offering of 16,000,000 shares, which represent 40% of the company. The subscription period will be from 24/1/1433 (19/12/2011) to 30/1/1433 (25/12/2011).

Saudi Enaya will be a healthcare specialist, offering Private Medical Insurance and aiming to provide affordable quality solutions to manage group and individual health risks. Saudi Enaya will offer CCHI compliant products at varying levels of coverage inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, across all major regions in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on excellence in customer service.
