Who We Are

The firm's founders, Mohamed Ezzat and Hatem Rushdy, are well-known figures in the Executive Search and HR Consulting business in Egypt. Over the last twenty years, they have developed unparalleled expertise, networks and an unsurpassed reputation for confidentiality and efficiency. They are supported by a dedicated team of 16 professional headhunters, consultants and researchers.

Mohammed Ezzat, founder, is the ex-Partner in charge of Executive Selection and Search practice at KPMG Hazem Hassan (1985-2000).

Hatem Rushdy, founder, is the ex-Human Resources and Administration Director of Vodafone Egypt, the country’s largest private sector company.
