With a capital of 1.7 billion riyals and the contribution of several companies, “Kinan” company was founded in 2005.

In 2009, the company entered the field of housing development.

Now, the total spaces of the residential projects the Company is going to develop amount to about 6 million square meters making it one of the major companies in developing middle-income residential projects in the Kingdom.

The company is currently developing two main projects in the Kingdom: the first is Masharef residential project in northern Jeddah and the second is Masharef Hills Project in northern Riyadh. The company has developed a group of commercial centers in 7 cities in the Kingdom with investments of more than 1.8 billion riyals.
