his positive role led His Majesty, the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, the founder of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to bestow upon Mr. Hasan Sharbatly the title of “His Excellency” in 1934, as well as the title of an “Honorary Minister of State” in recognition of his efforts and contributions to the country and the community.
