The Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Centre (ADSIC) was created in October 2005 by Executive Council resolution No. 33, issued by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
