Zomato is a startup turned global restaurant discovery platform. Founded in 2008, we are revolutionary restaurant guide providing in-depth information for restaurants for over 15 million users across various countries of our presence. Zomato's core content features menus, photos and coordinates for restaurants, and cafes. Other community features include reviews, ratings and ability to follow other users' recommendations on Zomato.
We have expanded our operations to 13 countries and over 45 cities across India, United Kingdom, Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, Qatar, South Africa, UAE The Philippines & Sri Lanka over a span of 5 years. Apart from the website and apps, we are also available in print in select cities, with paper guide versions for other cities on the way. Zomato is headquartered in New Delhi and we currently employ over 750 people in our offices spread across 13 countries.
