Position Title: Saudi Market Expansion Specialist (Community Hunter & Operations)
Work Type: Remote, Full-Time
Reports To: International Business Manager
Location: Open to Egyptians currently working or residing in Saudi Arabia
Salary Structure: Base Salary ($200–10,000/month) + Tiered Commission
Core Responsibilities
Community Resource Development (Hunting)
Establish and grow your own WhatsApp Community with official game certification.
Recruit high-quality group admins from WhatsApp/competitor game communities to migrate members to Marid Games’ WhatsApp Community.
Infiltrate competitor player communities (e.g., Baloot, Poker) to identify and convert potential KOL group admins.
Achieve a minimum of 5 new active groups per month (criteria: ≥50 members + weekly engagement rate >20%).
Community Activation & Operations
Design and execute in-group activities (mini-games, discussions, rewards) to boost engagement.
Assist admins in organizing tournaments (e.g., weekly Baloot/Poker competitions) with official rewards.
Monitor group health, remove inactive groups, and ensure ≥70% monthly active rate for managed groups.
Data Reporting & Collaboration
Submit weekly reports on community growth and activity performance (member growth, participation rates).
Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns (e.g., Ramadan events).
Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $ 200–10,000/month (based on experience and performance tier).
Tiered Commission Examples:
Agent A (20 groups): $ 600 + (20 × 20) = $ 1,000/month .
Agent B (50 groups): $ 3,000 + (50 × 40) = $ 5,000/month .
Performance Metrics:
Top performers earn additional bonuses (e.g., $ 500–2,000/month).
Mandatory Requirements
Language Skills
Native Arabic proficiency; fluent English (tested via emails/meetings).
Gaming Expertise
Deep knowledge of Domino Cafe, Conquer Poker, or similar games (provide gameplay proof: account level/hours).
Familiarity with Middle Eastern gaming habits (e.g., voice chat preference, nighttime activity).
Skills & Traits
Prior community management experience (WhatsApp/Telegram admins preferred).
Strong persuasion skills to migrate competitor users.
Data-driven mindset (basic Excel skills for tracking KPIs).
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Current admin of competitor/Saudi gaming communities (e.g., Baloot groups).
✅ Experience organizing small tournaments (10+ participants).
✅ Able to provide historical community growth data (e.g., member growth charts).
