Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the supply chain team, including order processing, inventory management, procurement, and distribution.

Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet production and customer demands while minimizing excess stock.

Manage the transportation and distribution of products, handling returns, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies. Resolve any supply chain issues with vendors.

Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide reports on supply chain performance, and propose improvements based on data analysis.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, including maintaining proper documentation for shipping, procurement, and inventory.

Train, mentor, and provide leadership to supply chain staff. Foster a team-oriented environment with a focus on collaboration and performance.

Collaborate with sales, production, and finance departments to ensure supply chain goals are aligned with overall company objectives.
