When you attend a job interview, you should be prepared for a two-way communication session. Not only are you expected to research the company and prepare your answers for the predicted and common interview questions, you can also ask your own!
Asking the employer a few strategic, and well-thought-out questions can help you further understand the job and its requirements, determine whether the company and its culture are the right fit for you, and also show the hiring manager that you are actually serious about this job opportunity and are eager to learn more.
