Has finding the motivation to come into work been difficult? Do you find yourself checking your watch more often? In fact, more than eight in ten job seekers in the Middle East and North Africa are looking to change careers this year, according to the recent Bayt.com poll, entitled ‘New Year’s Resolutions in the Middle East and North Africa’.

But, before you even open up the Bayt.com homepage and start looking for jobs, there are a few important questions you need to answer. After all, going into a job search unprepared is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Instead of resigning yourself to a fruitless and uncalculated search, you should take a step back and make sure you have everything you need in order to find your dream job as efficiently as possible.
