I do not believe much in business literature except for gaining specific knowledge. I think more philosophical reading can be much more inspiring and develop you as a person and manager. An example of easy reading would be Paulo Coelho’s The Alchemist.

In another life, my perfect job would be

Probably a more academic role that involves working more with people, such as a medical doctor or a teacher.
