How Does It Work?
The Recruiter Rewards Program, launched early 2017, allows all recruiters and employers like you to automatically collect points based on their day-to-day activities on our platform, including posting jobs, viewing applicants, inviting candidates to apply, contacting candidates and, of course, hiring talent.
The Bayt.com Recruiter Rewards Program works on a monthly and yearly basis. A total of 30 recruiters will be rewarded each month and the top 80 recruiters, who have accumulated the highest number of points throughout the year, will be rewarded at the end of each year.
