Establishing and running a company is no easy feat. It requires patience, dedication, hard work, and most of all leadership qualities. Leadership is a much sought-after skill in the work space. Job candidates are seen as more valuable assets to the company when they are capable of taking initiative and making well-thought out decisions that push the company forward.
There’s a very big difference between a boss and a leader. For a company to succeed, it should be run by a successful leader who can motivate individuals to embody the traits of leaders and take on the responsibility of furthering the success of the business at every level.
