Do a Quick CV Search
Don’t have too much time on your hands? Now you can perform a quick
CV search right on your dashboard. With the Quick CV Search tool you can sift through our vast database of over 18 million job seekers simply by using a keyword, target job title, residence location and/or nationality filters.
Get Recommended CVs Based On Your Last CV Search
We understand the intricacies of the hiring process and want to take the burden off your shoulders by doing a part of it for you. We will do this by recommending CVs, based on your last CV search criteria – a highly efficient and effective tool for hiring!
Check Your Most Recent Jobs
Now you can see a list of up to 10 of your most recent job postings, right on the Employer Dashboard. This way, you can multitask while keeping track of all your job postings.
See Jobs Posted By Other Users
It could get worrisome to keep track of all job postings created by multiple users on your company account. The good news is that now you can see a list of active jobs that were posted by other users. The administrator can see all active jobs posted by all users, while other users can see active jobs shared with them.
Post a New Job
Posting a new job has never been simpler and more convenient. Just click on the “Post a New Job” button right on your dashboard, follow simple instructions, and voila, you have created a new job posting for millions of job seekers to see and apply to. Additionally, you can even buy new job postings on this same page with one click.
Use the Notifications Center
Thinking about all those extra hours you’ve spent after work checking the CVs of new applicants? You don’t need to worry anymore! With our new Notifications Center, you will receive instant notifications on all new job applications right on your dashboard. This will help you make better hiring decisions and keep you posted at all times
Re-run Saved Searches
We know it’s not easy to remember all the CVs that you have searched for, so we’ve made it possible for you to find CVs that appeared in your last searches! With this new feature you can re-run your saved searches with the simple click of a button and retrieve those exceptional CVs that really caught your attention.
Check Recent Messages
Need to read messages sent by job seekers? Job seeker’s messages are now available right on your dashboard. You can see a list of recent messages along with the date and time these messages were sent, making it more accessible than ever before.
