We know that hiring can be a daunting process, after all, finding talented applicants, contacting them, and eventually hiring the right employees isn’t as simple as it seems. That’s why we’re really excited about the new Bayt.com Applicants Folder, which simplifies the process and makes it really easy to organize your hiring flow! With intuitive and sophisticated technology that sources the correct candidates for your job role, hiring has never been easier.
1) Manage your candidate pipeline
The Job Applicants folder provides details on all candidates who have applied for your job.
Once a candidate applies for a specific position, from your
Job Posting, two things can happen: their CV could either go into the “candidate pipeline” section, where relevant candidates are put into a CV Inbox, or into the “Rejected CVs” section. In the “Rejected CVs” section, CVs are removed from the pipeline either by you or automatically depending on the initial screening filters you placed.
The candidate pipeline management contains five stages of hiring: CV Inbox applicants, shortlisted candidates, interviewed candidates, candidates who’ve been extended a job offer and finally, hired candidates. With this you can effectively organize your hiring system, while knowing where each candidate stands in the pipeline.
2) Use extra filtration
You can filter job applicants based on multiple criteria. This allows you to further understand your applicants, helping you pick out the ideal candidate. A great feature for employers is the ability to test jobseekers when they apply for a job with a custom made test, and you can sort applicants based on test scores. You can also sort applicants based on “Application rank” (which is the relevancy of the candidate, ranked by Bayt.com), “Application date” and “Last updated” CV, to make you reach a decision faster.
Other ways to filter candidates are based on your “previous actions” on a CV, such as putting notes, contacting the candidate etc. This ensures timeliness as you have already performed actions on the CV, and partially evaluated it. The “Show only CVs that have…” feature only displays CVs that have certain sections completed, as shown below:
3) Invite recommended candidates
The “Recommended” folder is a new feature in which Bayt.com automatically suggests candidates from our jobseeker database, based on job filtrations, descriptions and relevancy. Recommendations are made based on three criteria, shown in the screenshot above:
a. In the “Matching your job” section, CVs are listed based on how well they match with your job post’s description and details. This amazing technology goes through our database of over 17.5 million jobseekers, and suggests the most relevant ones for your job.
b. In the “Based on Professional Contribution” section, CVs are listed of top users in the
Specialties of that particular job post. Bayt.com Specialties is a social platform wherein experts from all industries come together, to discuss important topics. It’s a great platform to get to know a jobseeker beyond their CV.
c. In the “Invited” section, you can see the jobseekers that you have invited to apply for a job post. Inviting recommended candidates is easy, all you need to do is a click the “Invite to Apply” button, and we will send the jobseeker an email on your behalf.
d. HIRE! Yes, its that easy! With Bayt.com's new candidate attraction, sourcing, screening and CV management tools, matching your hiring needs with the top talent in the market has never been faster, easier or more effective.
Happy hiring!
