  • 85.4% of respondents believe that a leader’s ability to inspire and motivate their team is very important.
  • The majority of respondents (80%) think that a leader’s ability to manage stress and model resilience significantly impacts team morale.
  • 42% of respondents think poor communication most undermines leadership effectiveness, followed by micromanagement (22.3%) and favoritism (20.4%).
  • 66.7% of respondents believe that emotional intelligence in a leader is more valuable today than it was a decade ago, with 40.6% answering that it is much more important.
  • 82.5% of respondents think it is very important for a leader to have adaptability when facing unexpected challenges.
