In today’s competitive work environment, companies that prioritize employee development and align with their workforce's preferences are better positioned to retain top talent and drive business success. We want to understand what it is that professionals in the MENA region prefer to develop themselves professionally, how remote work impacts their team collaboration, what motivates employees to stay with their current employers, and what is their outlook to the ever changing job market conditions.
