Bayt.com and Nesma Internet enter into strategic alliance

The development will build on the core strengths of Bayt.com and Nesma Internet to empower employers and job-seekers in Saudi Arabia with some of the advanced proprietary recruitment tools.

Describing the development as an important next step in expanding the relationship between both companies, Rabea Ataya, CEO of Bayt.com, said: “The partnership with Nesma Internet is a mutually beneficial one. Nesma Internet’s new "Careers” section (https://www.nesma.net.sa/nesma-ar.htm) powered by Bayt.com, will leverage the online recruitment company’s comprehensive online recruitment services to enable detailed searches for jobs and candidates by multiple criteria, including location, industry, skills and experience.

The section will also help Nesma users in writing professional resumés, and apply for jobs from the largest database of jobs in Saudi Arabia and across the region, while accessing career-related tools and information. This unique feature will be hosted, updated and managed by Bayt.com.

Through the agreement, Bayt.com hopes to further penetrate the vast Saudi job market while Nesma will be able to attract an even larger audience of Internet users in the region through the recruitment site’s increasing profile in the Arab world. The recruitment website currently boasts over1 million professionals and20,000 employers in its database, with3600 recruiters and185,641 professionals from the Kingdom, currently ranked as among the top three job markets in the Arab world.
