By tackling the topic on various levels, this event helped me forge a more precise approach to salaries in the region. Although I’m not new to Bayt.com, learning more about its recently launched pioneering Salaries functionality was of utmost importance and I now am one of many other HR stakeholders and employers who are very thrilled for finally having a reliable salary calculator in the region”. Khaled Helaly, Director, HR Strategy and Business Planning, Qatar Foundation.

“Thank you so much for your presentation at the IIR Careers Management conference. Your presentation regarding salaries in the Middle East was very interesting; however for me I found your insights into your HR programs which enabled your company to be voted 'Great Place to Work' especially interesting. Congratulations on the award!” Jacky Buzaglo, Human Resources, ACCOR Middle East.

“It’s great that there are Round Table events at all. Opinions were shared, viewpoints presented & defended. Progress is about finding common ground & building upon positive constructive experiences, which is why more such discussions should take place. It’s also an opportunity for ‘reality checks’ & generally unveiling the truth behind data. Bayt have done a tremendous job of encompassing the areas which used to ‘hurt’ a lot a decade ago in the Middle East employee market & they have filled a void which the social & business structure can’t but be exceptionally grateful for” said Vally Topalska-Devolder, OD Advisor - Organisational Development.

According to Bayt.com’s2011 Middle East Salary Survey conducted by Bayt.com in conjunction with regional research specialists YouGov Siraj, salary satisfaction across the Middle East is looking stable with just3% of residents stating they are highly satisfied with their remuneration,52% saying they are averagely satisfied and45% stating they have low satisfaction.
