Bayt.com, the number one job site in the Middle East, recently held a round table event for a group of top local employers in Qatar, on March4 at the Holiday Villa Hotel and Residence City Centre, Doha. As the regional leader in recruitment and HR, Bayt.com holds regular employer round table events to share and discuss the latest findings and insights in the MENA job market with top companies and decision makers, as well as examine local HR trends and developments.

Topics discussed during the Bayt.com Qatar round table were many, and included several of Bayt.com’s latest industry findings. Employers were particularly interested in the insights on the latest recruitment and HR trends in Qatar, as learnt through the most recent Bayt.com Job Index survey, and retention strategies based on Bayt.com’s ‘Work Satisfaction in the MENA Workplace’ poll.
