The seminar brought together Jordan’s top recruitment and talent management professionals, the heads of some of the country’s most successful organisations, and keen recruiters to learn about the latest recruitment trends. Case studies, presentations and panel discussions were presented by both recruitment and talent development experts at Bayt.com and a high-level panel of guest speakers.
Amman Country Manager from Bayt.com, Sinan Jaber opened the event with a welcome address, thereafter Suhail Masri, Bayt.com’s Vice President of Employer Solutions, gave a keynote address on attracting and sourcing will bring positive change to the business.

During the event, a panel discussion that shed light on the modern HR department featured industry heavyweights Baker Obeidat, Head of Human Resource Department, KADDB; Adnan Al Ma’aitah, VP Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, Arab Potash; Nicola Billeh, Head Of Human Energy, Nuqul Group; Rasha Barakat, Human Resources CER & Youth Development Director, Zain. Moderated by Suhail Masri, the panel addressed important issues including how businesses in Jordan can recruit and retain top talent, what the most successful training programs are, and the tips and tools to identify and shortlist top talent using modern technologies, amongst others.
A host of high-level guest speakers were invited to address the hiring and retention of employees through specific case studies. These included Hana Uraidi, CEO JEDCO; and Bashar Soboh, PMU Director-Active Labor Market Program, The World Bank TEVET FUND.
