Bayt.com, the Middle East’s #1 job site, held an employer leadership event, revealing the latest talent recruitment tools and practices, on March22 at the Le Royal Hotel in Amman, Jordan. The event built on the success and popularity of last year’s Bayt.com HR event, which brought together dozens of thought leaders from Jordan’s HR industry and created an invaluable opportunity for peer to peer networking.
This year, the event was addressed by the Assistant Secretary General for Technical Affairs at the Ministry of Labour, Mr Haitham A. Khasawneh, and attended by many Jordanian professionals from the HR and talent-management fields; the heads of some of the country’s most successful organisations; and Jordanian recruiters who want to learn about the latest recruitment trends.
