Bayt.com, the Middle East’s #1 job site, held an employer leadership event, revealing the latest talent recruitment tools and practices, on April25 at The Millennium Hotel & Convention Centre – Kuwait City, Kuwait. The event built on the success and popularity of last year’s Bayt.com HR event, which brought together dozens of thought leaders from Kuwait’s HR industry and created an invaluable opportunity for peer to peer networking.
This year, the event included a panel discussion to address the new challenges arising in the age of millennials and technology as well as two presentations on recruitment challenges and the latest talent acquisition technology insights for Kuwait. The event was attended by many Kuwaiti professionals from the HR and talent-management fields; the heads of some of the country’s most successful organisations; and many recruiters who want to learn about the latest hiring trends.
