Bayt.com’s Talent Forward Event Highlights the Art and Science of Attracting Talent in Saudi Arabia

Eastern Province, KSA,22 October2017: Bayt.com, the Middle East’s #1 job site, held its largest employer and HR leadership event, Talent Forward, revealing the latest in the world of hiring talent in Saudi Arabia. The event took place in Eastern Province on the19th of October at the Kempinski Othman Hotel. This year, Talent Forward shed light on some of the most pressing talent matters that are specific to the Saudi Market. The topics discussed included nationalization and the best practices for attracting Saudi candidates, competency-based hiring and skill hunting, building a talent attraction strategy, as well as designing and managing talent sourcing KPIs.
