Amman, Jordan,1 November2017: Bayt.com, the Middle East’s leading job site, held its largest employer and HR leadership event, Talent Forward, revealing the latest trends and information in the world of hiring talent in Jordan. The event took place in Amman on the31st of October at the InterContinental Jordan Hotel. This year, Talent Forward illuminated some of the most pressing matters related to talent that are specific to the Jordanian Market. The subjects discussed included employer branding, talent attraction strategies, competing for talent, designing and managing talent sourcing KPIs, and hunting for specific skills. All in all, the event tackled hiring as both a science and an art and discussed the different facets of both with recruitment in Jordan as its focus.
