The Middle East's #1 job site, Bayt.com, just reported that more than14,000 new jobs were made available on the site between July and September2020, showcasing signs of recovery from initial COVID-19 impact and an upward trend in online job availability across the MENA region. In fact, Bayt.com recorded a67% increase in jobs in comparison to the second quarter of2020.
These numbers are just a portion of the online hiring done by employers during Q3, as they exclude vacancies that were filled using the CV Search technology; through which companies browse the Bayt.com database and reach out to job seekers directly to interview and hire them. The database currently has more than39 million CVs, which are viewed by over40,000 employers across the Middle East and North Africa and internationally.

Over the last few months, we aimed to minimize the economic and financial burden that is already surfacing due to COVID-19 and to ensure that our job seekers are presented with diverse and new career options.
