Bayt.com’s video questionnaire is all about the candidate providing answers to the recruiter’s questions through short videos. Here’s how you can conduct an interview using this feature.
Step 1: Select the Candidate for Interview
On the Bayt platform, choose the required candidate from the list of applicants and click on More Actions. From the drop-down menu, select the Send a Video Questionnaire option.
Step 2: Buy Credits
You will be prompted to purchase credits, in case you haven’t already. Complete the process by entering your card details.
Note: You need one credit per video questionnaire invite. These are valid for one year. However, if the candidate does not respond in 3 days, you will get the credit back.
Step 3: Choose the Question Set
You will get an option to create a question set or pick from the list of the existing template options. Edit one of the pre-made ones or build one yourself.
Step 4: Send the Email
Click on next and enter a short description for the email content.
Once the candidate has uploaded the answer videos, you will get an email with an attached link. Visit the link, and you will reach the applicant's CV page displaying the video answers on the side panel.
