Bayt.com Infographic: Teamwork in the MENA Workplace

Do professionals prefer teamwork or working independently? What do employers use to facilitate remote working in their organizations? Are employees in the MENA region satisfied with the spirit of teamwork within their companies?

Bayt.com has recently conducted the ‘Teamwork in the MENA Workplace Poll’ to showcase the extent of collaboration within organizations across the region. The poll results shed light on the most proactive collaborative practices and ways of working in the minds of workers.

Key Findings:

  • 94% of respondents believe it is important to hire candidates based on their ability to work with others.
  • 81% of employees say they are very or somewhat satisfied with the spirit of teamwork within their companies.
  • 94% of respondents believe that teamwork impacts productivity positively.
  • 69% prefer jobs that require teamwork.
  • 53% say that transparent communication is the most important aspect of a successful team.

Data for the Teamwork in the MENA Workplace Poll 2021 was collected online from 12 April to 6 June 2021. Results are based on a sample of 8,372 respondents from the following countries: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Yemen, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan among others.
