An ethical leader is both a moral person and moral manager. A moral person represents honesty, trust, integrity and caring about doing the right thing. A moral manager is a role model who does the right thing for the company, its stakeholders and employees. Moral managers always prioritize the employees’ and company’s best interest, by making fair and balanced decisions and always putting ethics over profit.
