Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a fine dining setting.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after service.
  • Answer guest inquiries and make recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist in the overall maintenance of the dining area.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar high-end dining establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Desired Experience:

2-5 years of experience in fine dining service, preferably in a standalone restaurant setting.
