Trainer VII, Food Safety and QSHE


An exciting opportunity is available Trainer VII, Food Safety and QSHE, based in Bahrain who will report directly to Section Head – Training Services. 


 Summary:


We are seeking for a motivated Trainer VII, Food Safety and QSHE who is responsible for conducting public and in-house training that provides the training needs on Food Safety, QHSE and related topics required the Company, Client, Industry as per the local & International Standards and Guidelines.


In this role, you will be responsible of:


  • Responsible for complex management systems training activities in Food Safety & QHSE.
  • Develops course/workshop material in line with international standards/guidelines/requirements or specific clients’ requirements.
  • Oversees evaluation/assessment of trainees through pre/post course assignment to achieve effective scoring towards certification.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge in legal, regulatory, and varied industry segments and successfully shares that knowledge.
  • Ensures all training records and documentation are maintained correctly to demonstrate compliance to standards and regulations.
  • Ensures that training activities are planned/delivered in a timely and effective manner. Technical Expertise support to sales.
  • Responsible for conducting public/in-house training/workshops based on client requirements, in line with established standards.
  • Maintains current professional knowledge, appropriate training credentials, including relevant registration and certifications.
  • Supports, grooms, and monitors junior trainers as needed by the management.
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO applicable standards and legal/ regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:


  • Diploma OR bachelor’s degree in either microbiology, Veterinary, Engineering, HSE, Science or other relevant fields.
  • Certified in IRCA Course, HABC Courses, Train The Trainer & Level 4 Food Safety &/ HACCP.
  • Certified as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 22000
  • Pre-qualification as Trainer from Municipality
  • 3 years’ experience with Degree or 8 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable in similar field of Training Akademie Services Provider.
  • Work experience in other recognized similar organizations (added advantage)
