Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee to join our HR Department for a 6-month training program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and develop a strong foundation for a successful career in this field.

Key Responsibilities:



- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and development initiatives
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Prior HR experience or internships are a plus
